I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 28 days 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

•     Custom or personalised orders
•     Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All items are packed with love, care and attention to detail. All items are sent tracked and will require a signiture on delivery. 

* UK delivery: Items are sent by Royal Mail on a special delivery. Tracked and sign for. 

* U.S delivery: 5-14 business days. Tracked delivery. 

* Europe delivery: 5-14 business days. Tracked delivery.

* Australia delivery: 5-14 business days. Tracked delivery.

* Everywhere else: 7-21 days, depending on location. Tracked delivery.
