Returns and Refunds

How It Works

You have 28 days from the date of purchased to exchange or refund a non-commissioned item as long as it’s still in perfect condition. We cannot accept used items. 

Whilst we try to uphold high standards and quality control, on rare occasions, items may arrive faultily. Please get in touch with our customer experience manager by using the contact form below.  We will resolve the issue in a time-efficient manner. This does not affect your statutory rights.
